Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counselor role based in Noida. The Academic Counselor will support students in selecting academic programs aligned with their career aspirations, provide personalized counseling sessions, and keep students informed about educational opportunities. Daily tasks include student counseling, career guidance, academic advising, and coordinating with educational institutions to facilitate admissions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Academic Advising and tailoring education plans to individual goals
- Knowledge of Education systems and online learning trends
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
- Prior experience in academic or career counseling is a plus
