Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor located at our Swargate, Pune center. You will be the first point of contact for students, guiding them through our course roadmaps (Networking, Security, Cloud) and helping them make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding IT courses and career roadmaps.
- Handle walk-in inquiries and telephonic leads for the Swargate center.
- Guide students through the enrollment and admission process.
- Maintain follow-up records and coordinate with the training team.
- Assist in center management and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome to apply!
- Excellent communication skills in English and Marathi.
- Proactive, confident, and tech-savvy approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents.
- Graduate in any stream (Completed).
