💼 Roles & Responsibilities:
• Counsel students via calls, WhatsApp & walk-ins
• Understand student needs & suggest suitable programs (BBA, BCA, MBA, etc.)
• Handle inbound & outbound leads effectively
• Follow up and convert leads into admissions
• Maintain data & track daily performance
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in Academic Counseling / Telesales / BPO
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Target-driven & result-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with Work from Office (Dwarka Sector 12)
💰 Compensation:
• Fixed Salary: No bar for right candidate.
• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹10,000/month
