Roles & Responsibilities:
• Calling & Follow-Up: Engage with potential students and parents to communicate about EaseToLearn’s exam preparation courses.
• Sales Cycle Management: Handle the complete sales lifecycle for assigned leads, including:
- Interest Creation: Generate interest in EaseToLearn’s offerings.
- Product Demonstration: Clearly explain the benefits and features of EaseToLearn’s courses.
- Sales Closing: Convert leads into customers through effective sales closure.
- • Post-Sales Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with customers after successful sales.
- • Continuous Communication: Stay in touch with leads and customers through phone, email, chat, and social media before and after sales.
- • Record Maintenance: Keep accurate and detailed records of all communications and interactions.
Mandatory Skills:
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of telesales experience is required. Prior experience in the EdTech (K–12) segment will be an added advantage.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to understand and engage effectively in the sales process.
• Goal Orientation: Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Customer Focus: Excellent customer service mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs.
• Communication & Influencing Skills:
- Candidates must be fluent in Hindi and English.
- Ability to confidently communicate and build rapport with students and parents.
