Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in New Delhi. The Academic Counselor will provide guidance and support to students, helping them identify and achieve their academic and career goals. Responsibilities include student counseling, career advising, delivering academic recommendations, and assisting students in selecting suitable educational programs. The role will also be integral in fostering a supportive learning environment while ensuring the students receive necessary assistance in their academic journey.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students toward achieving their academic and career aspirations
- Effective Communication skills to deliver clear advice and create strong connections with students
- Expertise in Academic Advising and Education, with the ability to evaluate and recommend suitable programs or courses
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to build a positive and encouraging rapport with students
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the education sector is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
