Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Academic Counselor based in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Academic Counselor will engage with students to provide guidance on educational pathways, career opportunities, and academic advice. Responsibilities include facilitating student counseling sessions, offering academic and career counseling, and addressing student inquiries. The role requires building strong relationships with students to support their academic decisions and goals, while also maintaining updated knowledge of educational trends and programs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Academic Advising and Education-related guidance
- Ability to build rapport with students and understand their needs
- Knowledge of current educational trends and programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Experience in educational institutions or counseling roles is a plus
- Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills
