We Are Hiring – Academic Counselor / Inside Sales Executive
Clinogenesis Research Institute is looking for passionate and target-driven candidates to join our team as Academic Counselors / Inside Sales Executives.
Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore
Experience: Freshers to 1 Year
Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹4 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
• Counsel prospective students regarding courses and training programs
• Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Achieve admission and sales targets
• Maintain lead records and update CRM regularly
• Build strong relationships with students and clients
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Passion for sales and student counseling
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic computer knowledge and professionalism
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
