Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor, located in Patna. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students on their academic and career journey. Key responsibilities include assisting students with course selection, offering personalized academic advice, conducting counseling sessions, and providing insights into career opportunities related to law entrance exams. The role also involves building strong relationships with students and their families to ensure a supportive and motivating environment for their success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
- Strong Communication skills, including active listening and empathetic interaction
- Knowledge of educational pathways, particularly related to law entrance exams and education
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and families
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience in educational or academic counseling is highly preferred
