Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor based in Noida. The Academic Counselor will provide career and academic counseling to prospective students, guiding them in selecting appropriate programs and paths that align with their goals. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, understanding student aspirations, advising on course selection, and offering support throughout their educational journey. The role also involves effective communication with students and fostering a supportive environment for their success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
- Excellent Communication skills tailored for guiding and mentoring students
- Knowledge of Education and career pathways within the fields of Data Analytics, Business Analytics, and Data Science
- Empathy, patience, and a proactive approach to addressing student concerns
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field; additional certifications in Counseling or related areas are a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in academic or career counseling is highly valued
