Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding and mentoring MBA aspirants through career counseling and assisting them with college and course selection. Responsibilities include conducting assessments to understand student aspirations, delivering test preparation strategies, and facilitating GD/PI sessions to enhance student confidence and communication abilities. Additional responsibilities may involve coordinating with partner institutions for student placements and participating in outreach programs to connect with potential aspirants.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
- Proficiency in guiding students in career planning, test preparation, and admission processes
- Understanding of management entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, MAT, and GMAT
- Expertise in conducting and planning GD/PI sessions, including facilitating analytical thinking and confidence-building activities
- Familiarity with the Indian MBA education landscape and college admission processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and interact with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business, Counseling, or a related field
- Experience in education counseling or career guidance is a plus
