Role Description
Leading on-ground activations, such as seminars and classroom presentations, to build brand awareness and engage directly with the student body.
Strategically capturing student contact information through physical forms or digital QR codes during college visits and educational fairs.
Explaining complex technical features or curriculum benefits in simple terms to convince students and parents of the product's value.
Following up with generated leads to address concerns, provide further documentation, and successfully convert prospects into enrolled students.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling,leadership quality and Academic Advising
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students, parents, and educators
- Experience with Career Counseling and providing guidance on future academic and career paths
- A solid foundation in Education and understanding of curricula and pedagogy
- Ability to create tailored learning plans and strategies that address individual student needs
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for fostering students' personal and academic growth
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field
- Knowledge of global and local education frameworks or policies is a plus
