Role Description
- Leading on-ground activations, such as seminars and classroom presentations, to build brand awareness and engage directly with the student body.
- Strategically capturing student contact information through physical forms or digital QR codes during college visits and educational fairs.
- Explaining complex technical features or curriculum benefits in simple terms to convince students and parents of the product's value.
- Following up with generated leads to address concerns, provide further documentation, and successfully convert prospects into enrolled students.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to support students in achieving educational and personal growth
- Strong Communication skills to engage with students, parents, and educators effectively
- Experience in Career Counseling and guiding students toward career-oriented pathways
- A solid understanding of Education principles and counseling best practices
- Additional skills in mentorship, interpersonal relationship building, and problem-solving
- Familiarity with modern educational policies and global learning frameworks is beneficial
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
