Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and confident Counsellor to join our team. Your main role will be to talk to students, understand their needs, and guide them in choosing the right course.
Responsibilities:
Talk to students via phone, WhatsApp, or in person
Explain our courses clearly
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable options
Follow up with interested students
Maintain basic records of leads and conversations
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
Friendly and positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge
Any degree is acceptable
Experience:
Freshers can apply
Experience in counselling or sales is a plus
