About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one academic counseling sessions to assess student goals, strengths, and eligibility for global and domestic programs.
- Guide students through university shortlisting, application timelines, SOP/LOR drafting, and scholarship strategies.
- Build and maintain deep knowledge of international admissions trends, course structures, and visa requirements across top destinations.
- Coordinate with university partners and admissions teams to secure student placements and resolve application bottlenecks.
- Deliver workshops and webinars for students and parents on academic planning, career pathways, and application best practices.
- Track student outcomes and feedback to continually refine counseling frameworks and improve conversion metrics.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho)
- University admissions processes (undergraduate & postgraduate)
- Academic counseling best practices
- Student needs assessment
- University partner coordination
- Scholarship & funding guidance
- Workshop facilitation
- Application document review (SOP, LOR, resume)
Preferred
- Experience with IELTS/TOEFL/GRE/GMAT counseling
- Familiarity with US, UK, Canada, Australia, or Germany university systems
- Basic knowledge of visa documentation & financial proof guidance
