Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor – EdTech Sales, based in Pune District, specifically Kharadi. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through career and academic options, addressing their educational needs, and assisting them with admissions processes. The role involves building strong communication with students, helping them identify their career goals, and aligning them with appropriate educational solutions. Regular tasks will include counseling sessions, academic advising, and assisting students in achieving their higher education aspirations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Strong understanding of educational pathways and opportunities
- Ability to guide students in achieving academic and career goals
- Prior experience in education, admissions, or a related field is advantageous
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for working with students and helping them succeed
