Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Academic Counselors, located in Perintalmanna. The Academic Counselor will support prospective students by offering guidance on educational programs, career pathways, and scholarship opportunities. Daily tasks will include student counseling, academic advising, and providing information aimed at helping students make informed decisions about their education. The role also involves collaborating with educational institutions and providing assistance in the admissions process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong skills in Communication and interpersonal relationship building
- Proficiency in Academic Advising and knowledge of education systems
- Ability to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions
- A results-driven approach with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Prior experience in educational services or counseling roles is preferred
