Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Academic Counsellor (Sales) for an on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Academic Counsellor will engage with students to guide them in identifying suitable courses and career paths, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments. Daily tasks include understanding prospective students’ needs, providing personalized counseling, conducting career planning sessions, and maintaining records of interactions. The role involves fostering positive relationships with students and supporting them throughout the enrollment process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the education industry and familiarity with academic programs
- Ability to build trust and foster strong relationships with students
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Proven ability to meet targets and work efficiently in a sales-oriented environment
- A proactive and empathetic approach to guiding students in making informed decisions
