Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor specializing in the NEET and JEE domains at our Kolkata center. As an Academic Counsellor, you will provide personalized student counseling, assist with academic planning, and guide students in their career development. You will work closely with students and their families to understand their needs, facilitate course selections, and support their journey toward achieving academic and competitive exam success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in making informed decisions
- Strong skills in Communication to build relationships with students and their families
- Experience in Academic Advising tailored to NEET and JEE curriculum requirements
- Background in Education and understanding of competitive exam patterns and strategies
- Empathetic and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic team environment
- Experience in mentoring or coaching students is an advantage
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or relevant field preferred
