Role Description
As an Academic Counsellor in the Inside Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students toward their academic and career goals. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves counselling prospective students, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable educational programs. Responsibilities include providing academic and career advice, guiding students through the enrollment process, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Your role will combine student interaction with strategic sales efforts to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Student Counselling and Career Counselling to effectively guide students in their educational and career journey
- Proficient in Communication to build rapport with students and their families
- Experience in Academic Advising and Education to offer well-informed recommendations and insights
- Hindi-speaking proficiency is mandatory
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a target-driven environment
- Previous experience in sales and education counselling is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is desirable
