Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales) located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include providing academic and career counseling to prospective students, understanding their needs, guiding them to suitable programs, and driving enrollments. The role requires active engagement with students and their families through calls and meetings to clarify doubts and ensure they make informed decisions regarding their education. The Academic Counsellor will also maintain records of student interactions and track progress regularly.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling, Academic Advising, and Career Counseling to guide students effectively in making educational decisions.
- Strong Communication skills, including fluency in both Hindi and English, to interact professionally with students and their families.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Education industry, including available courses and programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and meet enrollment goals.
- Customer-centric approach and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Relevant work experience in educational counseling or inside sales is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a degree in Education or related field is advantageous.
