Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor - Inside Sales located in Gurugram. The selected candidate will interact with students and parents to provide academic guidance and recommend suitable learning solutions. Responsibilities include understanding learners’ needs, offering career counseling, and advising on academic paths while adhering to the organization’s goals. The role requires a mix of student counseling and sales engagement to drive enrollments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to understand and guide students effectively.
- Strong Communication skills for meaningful engagement with students and parents.
- Experience in Career Counseling and understanding education pathways to support students in making informed decisions.
- Knowledge of the education domain and its trends, with a passion for empowering students.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment focused on achieving enrollment goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
