Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for an Academic Counsellor specializing in Inside Sales. The Academic Counsellor will engage with students to provide career advice, offer academic counseling, guide them with course recommendations, and support their educational aspirations. Responsibilities also include assessing students' needs, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process while meeting sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to assist students effectively in their educational and career journey.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and understand their needs.
- Experience in Career Counseling and guiding students toward the right educational pathways.
- Knowledge of the education sector and the ability to recommend suitable courses and programs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in educational inside sales is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field is required.
