ReWiser is a fast-growing education company focused on delivering high-quality academic programs and test preparation to students. We are looking for a dynamic Academic Counsellor / Growth Associate to drive enrollments, build strong relationships, and contribute to our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective students and parents through calls, in-person meetings, and structured follow-ups
• Counsel students and parents on suitable academic pathways and test preparation programs
• Drive conversions and achieve monthly enrollment targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM
• Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students
• Plan and execute BTL marketing activities to generate leads and increase brand visibility
• Actively participate in school and college fairs, education expos, seminars, and outreach events
• Conduct on-ground student counselling during school visits, college fairs, and promotional events
• Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, education counselling, or student outreach
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a performance-driven environment
• Capability to build trust and rapport with students, parents, and educators
• Willingness to engage in field activities, events, and institutional visits
• Passion for education and helping students make informed academic decisions
