Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor / Growth Associate based in Bengaluru South. The primary responsibilities include guiding and supporting students through academic challenges, providing personalized career and academic counseling, and helping them plan effective strategies for their overall growth. The role also involves developing student-specific plans, offering ongoing advice, and working collaboratively with parents and educators to ensure the academic success and personal development of students.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
- Strong Communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in Career Counseling and an understanding of career development processes
- Background in Education and familiarity with academic frameworks
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Prior experience in academic counseling is a plus
