Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented E-Learning Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and selling online/offline professional courses such as Travel & Tourism, Makeup, and Podcasting
- This role requires strong sales ability, communication skills, and Ed-Tech industry experience
- Key Responsibilities Connect with prospective students through calls, follow-ups, and counseling sessions. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses. Counsel leads and convert them into admissions. Explain course features, benefits, career opportunities, and fee structure. Build trust and maintain strong relationships with potential learners. Follow up with interested candidates regularly to close admissions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/admission targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission and onboarding process. Stay updated on course offerings and market trends in the education industry. Candidate Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in the Ed-Tech industry
- Strong background in inside sales / academic counseling / course sales
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand learner needs and provide the right guidance. Target-driven and self-motivated approach. Comfortable with admission counseling and sales closures
