Position -Academic Counsellor | Edtech |
Location: Bangalore
Shift: US Shift (3pm-12am or 10pm – 7:00 am)
Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational off)
Salary: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA + performance Based Incentives
Roles & Responsibilities:
Counsel parents regarding educational programs for children.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with parents and ensure a positive experience.
Explain program benefits, curriculum, and outcomes clearly.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in counselling, sales, or customer support is a plus.
Ability to work in US shifts.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for helping others.
