Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor, based in Gurugram. The Academic Counsellor will guide students and their families in making informed academic and career decisions. Daily responsibilities include providing career counseling, addressing student concerns, advising on academic goals, and maintaining clear communication. The role also involves fostering relationships to ensure the educational needs of students are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students and their families
- Knowledge of Career Counseling and guiding students in pursuing their professional goals
- Familiarity with education systems and trends
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to maintain a student-focused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setup
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred
