Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor at our Gurugram location. The Academic Counsellor will engage with students and parents, provide personalized academic and career counseling, and guide students towards achieving their educational goals. Daily responsibilities include assessing students' needs, offering tailored recommendations, assisting with academic and course planning, and maintaining consistent communication to ensure progress and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide learners on academic and career pathways effectively
- Proficiency in Academic Advising and Education to assist students in planning their curricula and achieving academic success
- Strong Communication skills for clear, empathetic, and effective interactions with both students and parents
- Ability to work with diverse age groups and education levels
- Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills
- Relevant experience in an educational or counseling role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
