Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Academic Counsellor in Direct Sales. Key responsibilities include engaging with students and their parents to understand their educational goals, offering career counseling and academic advice, and recommending tailored learning solutions. The role also involves following up on leads, maintaining excellent communication, and achieving enrollment targets through a consultative sales approach.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong Academic Advising and Education-focused skills
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to effectively build rapport
- Ability to understand and address students' needs with a solution-oriented approach
- Proven experience in sales or educational consulting will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field (preferred)
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their career aspirations
