Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Academic Counsellor cum Sales Executive. The responsibilities include providing one-on-one academic counseling, guiding students in career and education-related decisions, and offering professional advice tailored to their needs. The role involves effectively communicating with students and parents, ensuring client engagement, and supporting business goals. Additionally, collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational targets will be a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Experience in Academic Advising and Education-related consulting
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents, providing insightful guidance aligned with their goals
- Familiarity with current educational trends and career development strategies
- Capability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in leveraging technology-enabled platforms for counseling is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field is preferred
