Academic Counsellor/Closure Specialist (Only from Professional Course Sales Background)

Job Description (For Closure Specialist Role)

• Make 100–120 warm calls/day (Not Cold Calls, But Warm Calls)
• Daily: 5-7 prospects, each with 20–25 min calls
• Handsome Uncapped Incentives
• Follow-ups via email & WhatsApp
• Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
• Virtual meetings with decision-makers
• CRM updates & team coordination
• Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.
• Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience

Work Details:

Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM (Sun–Thu) | 1–2 hr break (SUNDAY Working)

Off: Fri & Sat | No leaves for first 90 days, then 2/month

Salary Date: 3rd/4th of each month

(Salary Cycle: 26th–25th)
