Role: Academic Counsellor / Closure Specialist
Location: 100% Remote (Laptop mandatory)
Who we are looking for:
Candidates from a Professional Course Sales background who are confident in consultative selling and driving closures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make 100–120 warm calls per day (no cold calling)
• Engage with 5–7 prospects daily (20–25 minute detailed conversations)
• Follow up via Email and WhatsApp
• Identify and qualify potential customers from provided leads and digital sources
• Conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers
• Update CRM regularly and coordinate with internal teams
• Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and status updates
• Ensure a smooth admissions experience through cross-team collaboration
Work Details:
Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM (5 days a week)
Leaves: No leaves for first 90 days, then 2 per month
Salary Date: 3rd/4th of every month (Salary cycle: 26th–25th)
