Role Description
The Academic Counsellor - CAT prep will be responsible for supporting students throughout their preparation journey by providing guidance, academic advising, and tailored solutions. This includes identifying students' goals, offering career counseling, and supporting their academic development for CAT examination success. Candidates will also interact with students, answer inquiries, and assist with their educational needs. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune District.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide learners effectively.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact and build trust with students.
- Experience in Academic Advising and Education to provide accurate, actionable insights.
- Ability to motivate and empathize with students while managing academic progress.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a background in education or counseling is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for guiding students toward academic success.
