We are looking for passionate and results-driven Academic Counsellors / Business Development Executives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will guide prospective students through their academic journey by understanding their aspirations and recommending suitable programs, contributing to our mission of transforming lives through education.
Key Responsibilities
Counselling Sales
Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Identify their needs and recommend relevant courses to meet their goals.
Convert leads into enrolments through effective communication and persuasion.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Provide accurate and detailed information about course offerings, fee structures, and career outcomes.
Lead Generation Follow-Up
Source potential leads through multiple channels like digital platforms, events, and referrals.
Follow up consistently to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Collaboration Reporting
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and enrolments in the CRM system.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in any field
1-6 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development (preferably in EdTech).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
