Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor - B2C based in Bengaluru South. The Academic Counsellor will engage with students and their families to provide personalized guidance and counsel. Responsibilities include understanding students' academic and career goals, offering actionable advice, and presenting relevant educational programs and solutions to meet their needs. The role also involves fostering meaningful communication to build trust and maintaining comprehensive records of counseling sessions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Career Counseling and guidance
- Familiarity with Education systems and an understanding of diverse learning needs
- Ability to build rapport with students and families, and develop customized academic plans
- Preferred - A background in education, psychology, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline; a Master’s degree is a plus
