Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality Counsellor.
The Hospitality Counsellor will manage daily client interactions, provide tailored advice and support, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities involve addressing client inquiries, building relationships with customers, and coordinating with teams to deliver seamless hospitality experiences. The role also includes maintaining service records, analyzing client feedback, and contributing to the improvement of the organization's service offerings.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and nurture client relationships
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant software/tools related to hospitality management is a plus
• Experience in the hospitality industry or customer relations is beneficial
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-5 years of experience in academic counselling or admissions.
