Job Title: Academic Counsellor – EdTech Industry

Job Overview:We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our EdTech team as Academic Counsellors. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students and working professionals, helping them choose the right training and certification programs while managing the end-to-end admission process.
Key Responsibilities:• Counsel students and working professionals regarding training/certification programs
• Understand candidate needs and recommend suitable courses
• Convert leads into admissions through consistent follow-ups and effective communication
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
• Maintain and update lead information using CRM tools
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
• Provide regular updates on performance and pipeline status
Language Requirements:• Good command of English (mandatory)
• Fluency in any one of the following: Marathi, Bengali, Odia, Assamese, Tamil, or any other regional language
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or counselling (EdTech preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
