🎯 Role Overview
We are hiring a target-driven Academic Counsellor for a sales-oriented role focused on driving admissions for Post Graduate programs (MBA/PGDM). The candidate should have hands-on experience in student counselling, lead generation, and BTL activities.
✅ Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the education industry, specifically in selling Post Graduate programs (MBA/PGDM)
- Proven experience in a sales-oriented/admissions role with targets
- Experience in lead generation through BTL activities such as:
- College seminars
- Campus outreach
- Events and student engagement activities
- Ability to connect with students, conduct seminars, and generate quality leads
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Counsel and convert prospective students into admissions for PG programs
- Generate leads through college visits, seminars, and on-ground BTL activities
- Build relationships with colleges and students for consistent lead flow
- Manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM follow-ups
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
