Key Responsibilities
• Conduct cold calling to prospective students and parents.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students for JEE/NEET programs.
• Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and academic offerings.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the Team Leader.
• Follow up with prospective leads to maximize admissions.
• Assist students in making informed academic and career decisions.
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of JEE/NEET curriculum and student requirements.
• Excellent communication skills (Regional language / English preferred).
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to convert leads.
• Proven experience in end-to-end sales (education industry preferred).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
