Job Title: Academic Counselor
Work Location: Bengaluru (Work From Office)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Languages Required: English & Hindi (Mandatory)
Vedantu is looking for result-oriented Academic Counselors to guide students and parents in choosing the right learning programs. This role involves counseling, lead conversion, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for learners
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on Vedantu’s courses and offerings
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with prospective leads
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate records in CRM
- Drive conversions and achieve enrollment targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure student satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–4 years of experience in counseling, inside sales, or EdTech
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good persuasion and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work from office (6 days/week)
