Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor based in Bengaluru. The Academic Counsellor will guide prospective and existing students in selecting courses and degree programs that best suit their career goals. Key responsibilities include providing personalized academic and career counseling, answering inquiries, assisting with course enrollment, and serving as a primary point of contact for students throughout their educational journey. The role also entails building constructive relationships with learners to ensure a positive educational experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide learners effectively
- Strong Communication skills for providing clear and empathetic guidance
- Experience in Academic Advising and Education-related services
- Ability to handle inquiries and support students in personalized decision-making
- Background in education, psychology, or a related field preferred
- Proven ability to build meaningful relationships with students and colleagues
- Prior experience in academic counseling or a similar role is highly desirable
