Role Description
The Academic Counsellor will provide guidance and support to students throughout their educational journey. This includes assisting students in selecting appropriate courses, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The role also involves fostering positive engagement between students and educators, monitoring student progress, and providing support for academic assignments or challenges. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Varanasi.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving, customer service, and adaptability skills
- Basic understanding of educational programs and the ability to provide guidance on course selection
- Proficiency in time management, planning, and multitasking
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success
- Experience in counseling, teaching, or student management is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
