Job Summary:
We are looking for an Academic Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable BI and Analytics training programs. The role involves counselling prospective students, handling inquiries, and supporting the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Counsel students on BI and Analytics courses
✅ Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
✅ Explain course details, fees, and schedules
✅ Follow up with leads and support admissions
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for student onboarding
Requirements:
🔹 Graduate in any discipline
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Counselling or education sales experience preferred
🔹 Basic knowledge of IT/Analytics courses is a plus
