You’ll be responsible for owning the end-to-end admission funnel from nurturing leads to closing high-quality enrollments. You’ll play a key role in communicating the value of LIT’s innovative curriculum to prospective parents and students.
Key Responsibilities -
🎯 Sales & Conversions
- Convert qualified leads into admissions through consultative conversations.
- Manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly individual targets.
🤝 Parent/Student Relationship Building
- Build strong rapport with prospective parents and students.
- Address concerns, objections, and comparisons with empathy and clarity.
- Deliver clear, compelling narratives around LIT’s EPIC-based learning, and help families visualize their child’s journey.
📈 Process Execution & Feedback
- Maintain accurate data on lead status, conversations, and outcomes in CRM.
- Share qualitative feedback on lead quality and parent concerns.
📚 Learning & Collaboration
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and debriefs.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices.
- Stay up to date with program offerings, EPIC themes, and admissions process updates.
