- Student Counseling: Conducting one-on-one sessions to understand student goals, strengths, and needs.
- Advising: Guiding students on course selection, career pathways, and academic requirements.
- Admissions/Sales: Handling prospective leads, giving demo sessions, and converting inquiries into enrollments to meet targets.
- Support Monitoring: Tracking academic progress, identifying challenges, and providing intervention.
- Engagement: Conducting workshops, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Relationship Management: Building trust with students and parent.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication for presentations and rapport building.
- Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude.
- Sales/Target Oriented: Experience in B2C/B2B sales, negotiation, and achieving targets (often required in private sectors).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, video conferencing tools (Zoom/Meet), and Microsoft Office.
- Schools and Universities (academic advising).
- EdTech Companies and Online Learning Platforms (sales-driven counseling)
