Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counsellor role based in Noida and Pune. The Academic Counsellor will assist students by guiding them through career options and advising them on academic programs and opportunities abroad. Day-to-day responsibilities include one-on-one student counseling, evaluating educational aspirations, providing career guidance, and managing the documentation and application processes. This position also involves maintaining strong communication with students and liaising with educational institutions for admission procedures.
Qualifications
Expertise in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
Strong Communication skills and ability to connect with diverse student backgrounds
Knowledge of Education systems and processes, both domestic and international
Ability to provide clear and structured guidance for career and academic pathways
Proficiency in documentation and understanding admission processes
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
Experience in counseling or education consultancy is a plus
