Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an Academic Counsellor based in Hyderabad. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students and professionals through the learning opportunities offered by RED Health, such as RedVersity and other training initiatives. Responsibilities will include providing academic advice, understanding individual learning needs, recommending suitable programs, and supporting participants throughout their learning journey. The role involves coordinating with potential enrollees, supporting admissions processes, and maintaining strong communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain academic programs and opportunities
- Proficiency in counseling or advisory roles, specifically in the education or healthcare sectors
- Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple student inquiries and admissions activities effectively
- Familiarity with healthcare education programs or certifications in emergency and prehospital care is preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, or other software for record keeping and student support
- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, healthcare, or a related field is required
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and adapt to dynamic work environments
- Experience in customer service or stakeholder engagement is an added advantage
