We are looking for a passionate and result- oriented Academic Counselor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and student inquiries professionally
- Handle Walk -in candidates and provide detailed counselling regarding courses and career paths
- Explain course details, fee structures and career prospects to prospective students
- Maintain regular communication with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
- Build and Maintain positive relationships with students and parents
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate records of students interactions, walk-ins, and admission process
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Prior experience in relevant field will be an advantage
