Position OverviewThe Academic Counsellor will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful enrollments, generating revenue, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of products, and the ability to achieve sales targets through meaningful engagement with potential students and parents.

Qualifications & Skills:- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (mandatory).
- Prior experience in tele-sales, academic counselling, preferred.
- Experience in tele-sales within the education sector or an EdTech company will be a strong advantage. Personal skills in English / Bengali / Hindi (as required).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
