Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students to provide guidance on admissions processes, deliver detailed information about academic programs, and evaluate applicants' qualifications. They will assist with inquiries, support enrollment goals, and conduct outreach efforts to attract high-potential candidates. Building strong relationships with prospective students and ensuring a seamless admissions experience will be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills for effectively engaging with prospective students and stakeholders.
- Customer Service and Sales experience to provide excellent support and successfully meet enrollment objectives.
- Background or interest in Education to provide insights into academic programs and align applicants with the best opportunities.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, with experience in counseling or admissions being an added advantage.
